Using ClientYes

These terms apply to ClientYes, provided by ClientYes, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult with authority to act for the business you represent. Contact hello@clientyes.com with questions.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials with people who should not have access to your client information.

Your content and your clients

You retain ownership of your proposals and other content. You give ClientYes permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service for you. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and share personal information.

You are responsible for your scope of work, pricing, promises, client communications, and compliance with applicable obligations. ClientYes does not verify your proposal’s accuracy or the identity or authority of someone responding through a shared link. Anyone holding an active link may view it.

What a response means

The current response form records a client’s interest in proceeding and a request to be contacted. It does not provide an electronic signature, execute a contract, or collect payment. Any agreement between a business and its client must be handled separately. ClientYes is not a party to that agreement.

Early access and pricing

ClientYes is currently offered in free early access. Paid subscriptions are not open, and we do not charge a subscription through the current app. Published plan prices describe planned offerings. Features marked planned, including AI agents, signatures, and payment collection, are not available unless expressly shown as working in the service.

Early-access features may change. Design previews may include layouts or controls beyond the current editor. We will present applicable pricing and billing terms before asking you to purchase a future paid subscription. These terms do not authorize a future charge.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClientYes for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, spam, infringement, harassment, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass access controls, introduce malicious files, or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse or protect the service, and may remove content where necessary.

Exporting and leaving

You can download your workspace from Account & data and delete individual proposals or your account. Account deletion removes live content and disables shared links. Backup expiration and other data-handling details are described in our Privacy Policy. Keep independent copies of material important to your business.

Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain ClientYes, but early access does not include a service-level guarantee or a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and ClientYes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ClientYes develops. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service or an appropriate account notice. Please contact hello@clientyes.com if you have a concern so we can work to resolve it.
